1 General Terms and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between sbaji ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of this platform ("User", "you"). sbaji is an online sports betting and casino platform that provides services to users located in Bangladesh.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

General Gaming Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game result is affected by a technical error or disconnection, sbaji will investigate and provide a resolution.
• In the event of a technical error in a game provider's system, the game result may be voided.
• If an event is cancelled in sports betting, the bet will be refunded.
• For all sports betting including cricket, football, and kabaddi, the maximum bet amount is set separately for each event.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sbaji platform. Violating these rules may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Registering under multiple identities for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
• Game manipulation, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Depositing with a credit card or third-party funds.
• Impersonating sbaji staff or attempting to deceive other users.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

sbaji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of any provision of the Terms and Conditions.
• If the documents required for account verification are not submitted within the specified time.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months or more).
• If closing the account is required for legal or regulatory reasons.
• If the user submits a Self-Exclusion request.

Closing Your Account Yourself
